How do I return a product? (May 31, 2024)
You can return your product free of charge within 30 days after receiving the product.
Depending on the product and the reason why you want to return, we will either organise a pick-up or we will send you a return label. In the last case you should bring your product(s) to a parcel shop.
There are two ways to return a product:
- We take care of your return. This service is free of charge, as long as you share the return reason with us, and you submit your return within 30 days. Read more
- You can use your right of withdrawal. If you want use your right of withdrawal then you can return your product within 14 days but you will have to pay for the return yourself. Read more

Return your product no later than 14 days from the day you informed us that you want to use your right of withdrawal.
You pay the costs of returning the goods.
Send us the tracking number(s) and the name of the carrier.
Additionally, we would like to explain to you the returns to be charged with return fee. It only applies to returns made for the reason of not as expected:
- The customer changed their mind.
- The customer no longer wants or likes the product.
- The product does not meet expectations.
- The customer found a better price.
- The customer placed the order by mistake.
- The customer did not provide any reason for the return.
The return fee are not applicable if:
- If the product is damaged
- If the product is not completely received
- If the product is not functioning
- If the product is returned to sender without delivery
- If the product’s content is wrong on the vidaXL description
- If the product is not correctly sent
