You can only choose parcel shop delivery if the carrier offers it in their pre-delivery information to you.
Your carrier can also choose to leave your parcel at a parcel shop if you're not home, but this can't be determined in advance.
Where can I see my shipping status? (July 17, 2024)Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email confirmation with a link to your tracking portal. The tracking portal states the current status of your shipment.
You can find out in how many packages your order is being delivered by going into My Account > Order History.

What can i do when the package arrived damaged? (July 17, 2024)If your item is damaged, contact our customer service so we can help you with a solution.
Sending us detailed pictures of the damage as an attachment in the contact form request will help us find a solution for you faster.
If the carrier came to your door when no one was home, you should be notified by them of the location of your parcel via letter, SMS, or email.
